![]() Grid style dungeons, rapid fire attack, clear enemies to move to the next room. Voice acting is superbly cheesy and the aesthetic pretty darn pleasing.ĭead Estate - Reminds me a bit of Binding of Isaac in some ways. You have ten days to power up until a boss fight. Three classes - mage, sword n' shield and gunslinger - and you collect coin and relics to boost your stats. Mazgeon - The level design, movement and combat remind me of 'Rogue Legacy'. Feels quite average aesthetically, mechanically and combat-wise. Guilt: The Deathless - Third person / top down hack n' slash that feels like it wants to be 'Dark Souls' - even down to the swordsman you meet in the beginning giving you a key. Uninstalled.Ĭall of Myth - I just get an 'invalid email/password' window immediately when it fires up without any input from me. I might be a wolfman/werewolf/daemon? Wicked FPS spikes. Strange devs.Īlmighty: Kill Your Gods - A third-person action platformer? I'm not sure what this is trying to be or what to compare it to. They claim to not be able to make their own game, as that is the perview of God. EDIT: A dev comment via Steam : "I'm glad you chose to uninstall, this game is not for you". There is some difference in that you collect loot which drops from 'Borderlands' chests after you clear levels to upgrade your bot. It was interesting to see a drop pod from 'Warhammer 40,000' be your transport of choice for dropping down into levels - also that Killa Kans are enemies. The aesthetic, intro area, how you start levels, movement, graphics, etc. Metal Mind - Have you played 'Enter the Gungeon'? These dudes have. Reminds me a bit of 'AirWolf' on NES and 'Heat Signature' on Steam - but as an FPS. An FPS where you are blitzing into enemy space stations, completing objectives and GTFO before the timer is up. Added to my wishlist and keeping an eye on this one You can hire more individuals for your troupe, upgrade existing ones, train and it looks like there is more to come in terms of a carpenter and voodoo for upgrades. The Amazing American Circus - A card game where you play as a troupe in a circus! Hire different classes - each with their own cards - to use circus acts/tricks/performances to impress onlookers. The option to disable controller vibration is a need. Movement isn't terribly smooth and it is quite hard to tell if I am making contact with melee. You are a teddy bear protecting your owner's door from nightmare toys. Stuffed - Horde shooter in the vein of 'Killing Floor' but with cutesy animals and clunky controls. Explore an abandoned cave facility while flesh monsters fly, crawl and slither about. Hidden Deep - This reminds me of SNES - 'Out of this World' due to how movement works. Punch your way through innocents and enemies alike as you slaughter your way to your targets - eating the pulped remains of those who stood in your way for HP. You are a mercenary looking to rack up enough cash to propose to your partner and it is three days before date night. Viscerafest - Really enjoying this retro FPS and popped it onto my wishlist straight away. No idea if the end product will be decent or not due to humour. I think the humor is aiming to be on the same level as 'Sausage Party' (CGI film). You can play as either a vagina or penis monster and your goal: GET LAID. Help! I am REALLY horny! - Reminds me of point and clicks but without the point and click. Only played a few minutes and then uninstalled. ![]() Soul Shifter - Quite basic top-down hack and slash. Godlike Burger - Interesting concept - your customers being the meat you serve - but not a fan of the controls or how some of the mechanics currently function. The only criticism I’ve got so far is the performance is a bit naff, I was getting so frame dips every now again going from >60fps to ~30 for seemingly no reason, and some of the character portraits were a little iffy, but that’s all stuff that can be fixed between now and release. Just from the bits I’ve played it’s essential an isometric State of Decay with less emphasis on base construction, and a few more gameplay elements such as a virus meter you have to keep an eye on. Tomorrow I’ll probably put some more time into but so far it looks like it’ll be a buy from me. Always down for a good zombie game.Įdit: I gave it a quick go after writing this comment and from the 15 minutes I played it seems really well put together. It’s an isometric survival game with I believe roguelite elements, and even though I’m not massively into roguelites I’ll definitely be checking it out. If you ever played the old Flash game series The Last Stand, the latest entry The Last Stand: Aftermath has a demo available.
